Blended to unwind the body and have a restful night sleep, this salt soak uses Lavender, Clary Sage & Ylang ylang essential oils with Himalayan and Epsom salt.

Sprinkle a handful into a warm bath or use a bath bag if you prefer. Take several long, slow, deep breaths as you soak, relax & unwind.

*Himalayan Salt* contains over 80 minerals including potassium & magnesium it helps hydrate & repair the skin.
*Epsom Salts* Rich in magnesium, epsom salt is known to ease pain and relieve inflammation, making it beneficial in the treatment of sore muscles, soothing back pain and aching limbs.
